Ask a new question. Hi I'm really stuck with this, I have spent what feels like weeks trying to fix this. I seem to get different error codes after each time I try. I receive multiple error codes.

I have followed instructions on multiple youtube videos. I have spoken to the windows support bot can not get hold of a real person. I'm at my wits end, any help will be appreciate, thank you. The problem you have is your Windows 10 version is over 4 years old and it is hard to update that version, I would suggest trying to upgrade to version , using the method below. Microsoft do not provide access to older versions of Windows 10 on their website and the most successful method to upgrade an older version of Windows 10 is to use a Windows 10 ISO. Please Note, follow the steps, this is then just an update and your files and applications will remain untouched.

Hi Mitchell That is a good laptop, approx. Due to the version you are running it may be too big of a jump to , I do not known where you can obtain a version ISO, but if you could find that, then that version may be the best first step, before tying to install a newer version.
